Joe "Molasses" Hennessy

Joe has been exploring the underwater world for more than 15 years, and his passion for diving has only grown deeper with every descent. Working his way up to Divemaster, he’s dedicated to helping students perfect their skills and feel truly at home beneath the surface.

With a calm and supportive approach, Joe focuses on building comfort and confidence — making sure every diver experiences the magic of the ocean safely and with a smile.

When he’s not in the water, you’ll find Joe surfing, sailing, or playing beach volleyball — and when the sun goes down, he’s usually holding down the rhythm as a bass player in his band.

At Scuba Life, Joe doesn’t just assist dives — he helps new divers find their balance, their confidence, and their love for the ocean.
